Green Piling offers both ‘design and construct’ and ‘construct only’ piled foundation packages for a range of schemes.
From a one off self-build home to an inner city apartment development, through in house expertise and by drawing on long standing relationships with our supply chain, Green Piling can offer the complete package.
Typical Cast In situ House Foundation Package Design pile layouts and ground beams based upon Architects drawings.
Install piles; steel tube, precast concrete or CFA.
Excavate (if required) to underside of blinding level.
Place blinding layer to base of excavated trench.
Trim piles to required cut off levels. Expose reinforcement or backfill steel tubes.
Place and fix reinforcing cages in and around piles.
Place beam shuttering and support.
Pour concrete to ground beams, vibrate and tamp finish.
Strip shutters (if necessary) once concrete has cured.
Backfill in and around beams to top of concrete level.
Site is left in a condition ready for bricklayers and drainage contractor.
